This week was Science week. The boys and girls in 5th were busy learning about the topic of ‘Light’. Here is what they got up to! The children carried out a number of different investigations: 1. How light travels through different objects. 2. How shadows are formed and how shadows can change depending on the angle and position of the light. 3. How light refracts through a prism. They children then made posters to display all their new knowledge!

They did extremely well and should be very proud of themselves!! I’m sure you will agree that we have some scientists in the making!
