Ms. Bell’s class have been very busy learning some Lámh signs (Irish sign language) which can be used to support communication. We have learned lots of signs such as hello, goodbye, toilet, thank you, break and lunch. We have been practicing this song which involves lots of signs – red, yellow, blue, green, white, yes and no. The children are picking up the signs very quickly and can be seen using them around the school, classroom and yard! It is super to see! We sang our song at assembly and then taught it to the other junior and senior infant classes! 😁🎶🎤
