Dear Parents, I wish to write to you in relation to After-School Activities in Scoil Chormaic CNS. All after-school activities will commence on the week beginning the 1st October 2018. We have drawn up a menu of paid after-school activities which are proposed for this term: ASC Menu Term 1 2018 Parents who wish to enrol their children in any of these activities can do so by bringing the exact payment to the school hall for registration with the teacher(s) who is providing the after school activity on the following date and time: Thursday 27th September @ 2.50pm Note: This After Schools Clubs list has also been sent home with each child (1st-6th class) in letter format. Arrangements for pupils attending paid after-school activities: At the end of the school day, pupils will leave their classroom as normal with their class teacher. They will make their own way to the school hall (which will be supervised by a member of staff) to wait for collection by the provider of the after-school activity. The school’s Board of Management (BOM) wishes to remind parents that the Management of the school does not bear any responsibility for this process, and the responsibility lies with parents to ensure that their child is either brought to the hall or has parental consent to make their own way. This is a condition of signing-up for after-school activities.
