Dear Parents,
Please see below the menu of after-school clubs available for Term 1. Registration is still available until this Friday 20th Sept. If you wish to sign your child up to a club please send the exact amount of money into your child’s teacher in a sealed envelope clearly labelled with your child’s name and the club name. Class teachers will facilitate this for children who wish to sign up between now and Friday.
All after-school activities will commence on the week beginning 23rd September 2019.
Note: This After Schools Clubs list has also been sent home with each child (1st-6th class) in letter format.
Arrangements for pupils attending paid after-school activities:
At the end of the school day, pupils will leave their classroom as normal with their class teacher. They will make their own way to the school hall (which will be supervised by a member of staff) to wait for collection by the provider of the after-school activity. The school’s Board of Management (BOM) wishes to remind parents that the Management of the school does not bear any responsibility for this process, and the responsibility lies with parents to ensure that their child is either brought to the hall or has parental consent to make their own way. This is a condition of signing-up for after-school activities. Parents are also advised to read the policy of the After School Club (ASC) below and are in agreement with this as a condition of signing up for ASC. Children should be collected from the main entrance. Please ensure your child is collected at 3.5opm sharp.
